Here is a list of the important contacts for you and your team’s time onsite. Each contact is listed with their company and phone number. If you are uncertain of who can best assist you, please contact your exhibitor services manager, also listed, and they can help or better direct you. 

The safety and security of our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and staff is our top priority at Las Vegas Souvenir & Resort Gift Show.  While much of our security infrastructure is working behind the scenes in conjunction with the Las Vegas Convention Center, we are continuously reviewing and enhancing our procedures to ensure the safest experience possible for everyone. 

All attendees and exhibitors are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone onsite. Please be sure to review before you arrive onsite.  

During move-out, all companies are required to complete a Bill of Lading (if you need assistance loading your freight) or a Material Handling Agreement (if you are using a freight carrier) before any freight can be released from the show floor. Material handling charges must be paid in full prior to shipment. Please plan accordingly to avoid delays and ensure a smooth move-out process. If you have any questions on this process, please let us know or you can also visit The Expo Group’s service desk onsite for assistance.
