Kelly Jones is the Vice President of Operations for Great Escapes RV Resorts, where she also leads retail strategy and product development across the company’s multi-state portfolio of RV resorts. With decades of campground experience, Kelly brings a unique perspective to retail—from understanding guest behavior to curating merchandise that drives revenue and enhances the guest experience.

She oversees all aspects of camp store operations, including vendor relations, purchasing, and merchandising. As the primary buyer for the company’s resort stores and food service souvenir programs, Kelly focuses on sourcing high-margin, guest-loved products that reflect each park’s personality while supporting brand consistency. She has successfully launched custom product lines, coordinated cross-property sales strategies, and created store environments that increase both per-guest spending and overall satisfaction.
