Mary Nickelson
Mary Nickelson is Director of Attractions: Food + Beverage, Retail & Product Development at Mall of America, where she has spent more than 30 years helping shape the guest experience at the nation’s largest retail and entertainment destination. She joined the Mall in 1992, just one month after it opened, and has grown her career from Camp Snoopy arcade team lead to retail and product development leader.
Today, Mary oversees retail, food and beverages in Nickelodeon Universe, product development, and warehouse operations while leading a team of more than 130 people. She is passionate about developing resilient teams by giving people opportunities to grow, take on new challenges, and become confident leaders. Please join me in welcoming Mary Nickelson.
